By accessing or using Hobby Handler (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
To access the full suite of management tools, you must register for an account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password. Hobby Handler will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hobby Handler for personal or internal business event management. Under this license, you may not:
• Modify, copy, or attempt to extract the proprietary source code.
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without an active, valid subscription.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software contained within the Service.
• Use the platform to host or transmit infringing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful material.
You retain full ownership of the data, text, floor plans, and graphics you upload ("User Content").
• License to Us: You grant Hobby Handler a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
• Responsibility: You represent that you have the right to upload such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
Hobby Handler is a software provider only. We are not responsible for the actual conduct, safety, or legal compliance of any events organized through our platform. Any disputes between event organizers, vendors, and attendees are strictly between those parties. We do not guarantee the financial success of any event or the accuracy of vendor-provided information.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hobby Handler and its developers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
• Your use or misuse of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Disputes arising between you and third-party vendors or event attendees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hobby Handler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the Service—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that Province.
